Project Architect

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion.Develop detailed design drawings and specifications using CAD software.Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.Oversee the work of junior architects and provide mentorship and guidance.Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients.Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.Licensed Architect with [X] years of experience in architectural design and project management.Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification.Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software.Strong leadership and team management abilities.
