Job Description: As a Project Architect specializing in healthcare projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of healthcare facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of functionality, safety, and aesthetics. You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver projects that positively impact the communities we serve. Key Responsibilities: + Lead the architectural design process for healthcare projects, from initial concept through construction documentation and administration. + Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective design solutions. + Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. + Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards. + Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget. + Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. + Licensed Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare project design and management. + Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). + Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and healthcare facility standards. + Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
