Job Description:

Manage a team of 3-4 architectsAttend client meetingsManage budgets, scopes of work, and timelinesCoordinate with consultants, owners, engineers, and municipal officials Run with projects from start to finishOversee production of construction documentsTravel to local sites (national if desired)

Qualifications:

Bachelors/Master's Degree in Architecture10+ years of experienceAutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup proficiency, Revit is a plusLicensure is preferredAbility to manage a team of junior architects, 2+ yearsCommercial and multi-family project experience preferredExperience running with projects from start to finishAbout Actalent
