Project Architect
Job Title: Project ArchitectJob Description We are currently hiring for a Mid-Level Architect/Architect Intern to support a local architecture firm in Cincinnati, OH. As the Mid-Level Architect/Architect Intern, you will independently perform a variety of assignments requiring skills in all aspects of architectural designs for projects of moderate size and complexity. You will also perform analyses of design, planning, and occupancy studies, and limited design layouts. You will be responsible for the start to finish of architectural projects, including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration duties. Responsibilities + Independently perform a variety of assignments requiring skills in all aspects of architectural design. + Perform analyses of design, planning, and occupancy studies, and limited design layouts. + Manage architectural projects from start to finish, including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration duties. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Revit Architecture. + Experience in architectural design, construction documents, design development, schematic design, construction administration, and architectural drawings. + 3-5 years of professional experience in the architecture field. + Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Prior history working on commercial projects. Work Environment This role involves both on-site and in-office work. The standard hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. You will be supporting a small, close-knit firm with approximately 20 people. The firm offers end-of-year bonuses based on individual and company performance and has a healthy backlog of work with no routine layoffs. During the initial 12-month period, you will be a W-2 employee with eligibility for benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, vacation, and holiday pay.
