Responsibilities We are seeking a Project Architect candidate with 5-8 years of experience across the following market sectors; Higher Education, Commercial Multi-Use, and/or Science & Technology. The preferred candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of technical, professional and managerial professionals. In addition, this person must be particularly suited for working in a constantly changing work environment. Responsibilities for this role also include: Forecasting and organizing project design development and production delivery; Identifying and addressing design related issues as well as following protocol and procedures in order to reach the best resolution; Proficiency in construction administrative processes; Working on projects with Client/Owner/Contractor relationships, budget, schedule, code and jurisdictional requirements; Project on-site assistance. Qualifications Degree in Architecture from an accredited university; 7+ years experience working on higher education, commercial multi-use and/or science and technology projects, or similarly complex projects; Experience working on data center and/or other mission critical projects preferred; License in Architecture preferred; Proficiency with REVIT; Ability to create construction project documents in all phases and familiarity with construction administration processes; Skilled at identifying and addressing issues as well as following protocol and procedure in order to reach the best resolution; Experience working with governing authorities on obtaining building permits documenting code review and approvals; Thrive in a dynamic environment with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Base Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location) At Page, we offer Health Care, Vision, Dental, Life, Travel, and Disability Plans, paid time off, matching 401(k) Retirement Plan, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) plus eligibility to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.
