Job Description

Actalent is currently hiring for a Mid-Level Architect/Architect Intern to support a local Architecture firm to Cincinnati, OH. As the Mid-Level Architect/Architect Intern you will independently perform a variety of assignments requiring skills in all aspects of architectural designs for projects of moderate size and complexity. You will also perform analyses of design, planning, and occupancy studies, and limited design layouts. You will also be responsible for the start to finish of architectural projects including programing, SD, DD, CD and CA duties.

The architecture firm focuses on the following project types: learning & education, multi-family housing, health & wellness, industrial & fulfillment, and specialty projects.

This is a position where you will be an Actalent consultant supporting the architecture firm for 12 months and after supporting the firm for that time period then you would transition over to the Architecture firm as a direct employee. During the period of working with Actalent you will be a W-2 employee with the eligibility to enroll in benefits (health/dental/vision insurance), 401k, vacation, and holiday pay.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's in Architecture

3-5 years of professional experience in the architecture field

Experienced within Revit

Prior history working on commercial projects

Healthy backlog of work and the firm does not routinely layoff individuals

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $40.87
