Project Architect

Job Description:

-Must be self-motivated and ultimately be able to serve clients and coordinate projects with architectural support staff, and internal & external engineering

- Will serve clients and coordinate projects with architectural support staff and internal & external engineering teams

- Will be responsible to manage either 1-2 larger projects or multiple smaller projects at a time

- Will be drafting conceptual buildings, Utilizing Revit, Completing construction documents

- Project types could include medical, hospitality, multi-family residential, commercial office space, and more

Must Have:

-2+ Years of Revit Design

-2+Years of Architecture design

-Bachelors Degree in Architecture or related fields

Nice to Have:

-Project Management Experience

Work Environment

Office Environment, will have guidance from design managers and will be using Revit to design

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00
