Project Architect
Job Title: Project Architect Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with a comprehensive understanding of design disciplines and the ability to coordinate and lead the development of technical solutions. The ideal candidate will provide mentorship to Project Architects and possess extensive knowledge of all aspects of professional practice from schematic design through project close-out. The successful candidate must be able to work and present ideas in a team environment, as well as self-manage and self-motivate in a creative environment. This person will be working on K-12 and other educated related projects. Responsibilities + Coordinate and lead the design disciplines in developing technical solutions. + Provide mentorship to other Project Architects. + Possess extensive knowledge of all aspects of professional practice from schematic design through project close-out. + Work and present ideas in a team environment as well as self-manage and self-motivate in a creative environment. + Demonstrate a high level of technical proficiency in the production of drawings. + Lead the project team in adherence to all practice standards. + Supervise the design and technical development of the project. + Work directly with Project Managers and Designers in the conceptual development of project documents. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Revit. + Project management experience. + Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. + Licensed Architect or in the process of obtaining licensure. + Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCad. + Experience working on K-12 or Justice Projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong leadership and mentorship abilities. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently. Work Environment The work environment is collaborative, creative, and dynamic, involving the use of technologies such as Revit and AutoCad. The position requires working closely with Project Managers and Designers, adhering to practice standards, and contributing to the conceptual development of projects.
