Responsibilities We have an exciting opportunity to join our Albuquerque, New Mexico team as a Project Architect. Page is seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect with 7+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Architect with a strong focus on technical design and expertise in Revit. As a Project Architect, you will lead and coordinate technical design efforts, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality architectural solutions. Lead the technical design process, ensuring project goals are met and design intent is realized. Develop and oversee detailed construction documents using Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to coordinate project requirements and resolve design challenges. Manage project schedules, deliverables, and resources to meet deadlines and budget constraints. Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other applicable standards. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Participate in quality control processes to maintain the firm's high standards of design and execution. Qualifications Registered Architect (required). Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architecture, with a focus on technical design. Proficiency in Revit is essential, including experience creating detailed construction documents. Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and industry best practices. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams. Experience with complex projects and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A passion for design excellence and a commitment to sustainability and innovation. #LI-JS1
