Job Title: Project Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Project Architect with a degree in architecture from an accredited university and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Health Care Architecture. The ideal candidate will be familiar with all phases of design, construction documentation, and construction observation. Proficiency in Revit and the ability to produce construction documents are essential. Presentation skills including 3D renderings and walk-through animations are a plus.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop designs for high-quality healthcare projects.Maintain client, vendor, and consultant relationships.Prepare renderings and documentation for client presentations.Essential Skills5+ years of professional experience in architecture.Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.Experience with healthcare projects or relatable commercial projects.Core & Shell / Base Building experience.Proficiency in Revit with the ability to produce full construction document sets independently.Ability to manage projects independently from Schematic Design to Construction Administration.Additional Skills & QualificationsHave NCARB or Ability to obtain an architectural license with a plan to do so in the near future.Presentation skills including 3D renderings and walk-through animations.Experience with construction documentation, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and project management.Drafting and production skills.Work Environment

The firm has 22 people with offices in Easton, Summit, and northern New Jersey. This hybrid position requires candidates to job sites in New Jersey, New York, and Long Island 1-2 days a week. Weekly meetings will be held in a shared office space in a convenient location. You will work in a small office environment with significant collaboration with other offices. Projects are primarily healthcare-related, with a focus on smaller-scale projects, and we are expanding into the K-12 sector.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.67 - $62.50
