Summary:
As an Architect Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple corporate interior design projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure that each project aligns with client expectations, aesthetic vision, and functional requirements while adhering to budget and time constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the overall project management process for corporate interior architecture projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.Collaborate with clients to establish design objectives, project goals, and provide expert guidance throughout the design and construction phases.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverable timelines while tracking project progress and performance against established metrics.Coordinate and oversee all phases of design, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.Manage and mentor a team of designers and architects, providing guidance and support in their professional development.Oversee procurement of materials and furnishings, ensuring quality and compliance with design intent and specifications.Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to design documents.Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors, effectively communicating project status and addressing concerns proactively.Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams.Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.Licensed Architect (preferably LEED accredited).A minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture, with a specific focus on corporate interiors and related project management.Proven track record of managing projects from conception through completion, particularly in corporate office environments.Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, materials, and construction methods.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring team members.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively work with clients, teams, and stakeholders.Proficient in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) as well as project management tools.Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $135000.00
