As our market sectors and services grow, we continuously add new opportunities. Will you join us? Responsibilities Page is seeking a Project Architect with 7+ years’ experience. This role will be aligned to Government and Healthcare projects. The Page/NYC office provides a total team environment where everyone is engaged in project delivery. The ideal candidate will have an ability to effectively communicate across technical, professional and managerial professional as well as excel in a constantly changing work environment. Lead and oversee a large team of architects and engineers, both internally as well as external consultants; Work closely with Project Managers to forecast and develop project schedules and coordinate delivery deadline sequences; Manage Client/Owner/Contractor relationships; Contribute to and manage multiple cloud-based organizational platforms; Identify and implement process improvement to yield the best outcomes; Ensure that project documentation adheres to applicable codes, criteria and jurisdictional requirements; Develop architectural detailing and technical specifications; Perform interdisciplinary coordination during design phase; Review submittals, respond to RFIs, perform field observation, document site visits, and resolve field issues during construction phase. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university preferred; Active RA license; LEED Accreditation is preferred; Experience leading a large design team through effective communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to organize complex projects from schematic design through construction phase services; Previously have collaborated across project teams during design and construction phases; Skilled at identifying and solving process issues; Technically detailed and proficient in creating construction documents for all design phases; Proven experience in managing document packages, and understanding codes and criteria to receive necessary design stage approvals; Willingness to travel, both stateside and overseas, up to 15%; Experience with the following software: Revit, Bluebeam Studio, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and Project, cloud-based software (Google, Egnyte), Newforma, and SpecsIntact. Base Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000 (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skills and/or location) #LI-JK1
