Job Description
We are currently hiring for a Mid-Level Architect/Architect Intern to support a local architecture firm in Cincinnati, OH. As the Mid-Level Architect/Architect Intern, you will independently perform a variety of assignments requiring skills in all aspects of architectural designs for projects of moderate size and complexity. You will also perform analyses of design, planning, and occupancy studies, and limited design layouts. You will be responsible for the start to finish of architectural projects including programming, schematic design (SD), design development (DD), construction documents (CD), and construction administration (CA) duties.
ResponsibilitiesIndependently perform a variety of assignments in architectural design for moderate-sized and complex projects.Conduct analyses of design, planning, and occupancy studies.Create limited design layouts.Manage architectural projects from start to finish, including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration duties.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit Architecture.Experience in architectural design, construction documents, design development, schematic design, construction administration, and construction drawings.3-5 years of professional experience in the architecture field.Bachelor's degree in Architecture.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working on commercial projects.Work Environment
You will work both on-site and in-office, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm. The architecture firm is a small, close-knit team of around 20 people. They offer end-of-year bonuses based on individual and company performance. The firm has a healthy backlog of work and does not routinely lay off individuals. During the initial 12 months, you will be a W-2 employee with eligibility to enroll in benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, vacation, and holiday pay. After this period, you will transition to a direct employee of the architecture firm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $40.87
