Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Architect to lead our core and shell projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing building shells.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of core and shell projects from concept to completion.Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD and BIM software.Ensure that designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects and design team members.Prepare and present design proposals and progress reports to clients and stakeholders.Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.Licensed Architect (RA) preferred.Minimum of [4] years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a focus on core and shell projects.Proficiency in CAD, BIM, and other architectural design software.Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.Excellent design, visualization, and presentation skills.Strong project management and organizational abilities.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $115000.00
PTO: 16 days
Holidays: 12 holidays

ARE Exams: Covers 50% of the cost and a $500 bonus upon receiving architectural license
