Project Architect
Job Title: Project Architect - Consumer Experiences (CX) Market

Job Description

As a Project Architect in our Consumer Experiences (CX) Market, you will design and deliver fast-moving retail and Food & Beverage projects. You will serve as the technical lead on projects, oversee contract deliverables, lead the QA/QC process, and provide guidance throughout all project phases. Additionally, you will coordinate with Architects on complex technical solutions and standards, and may contribute to construction documents as needed.

ResponsibilitiesLead production and coordination of contract deliverables, including field surveys, design drawings, construction documents, exhibits, and specifications.Oversee integration of design deliverables into contract documentation, ensuring the design intent is maintained.Conduct code research and feasibility studies, coordinating with AHJ representatives.Contribute to project reporting, including design logs, risk reports, permit trackers, RFI and submittal logs, and financial reports.Ensure adherence to documentation standards and provide guidance on design standards.Oversee the generation of accurate project documentation and lead the QA/QC process for all project documentation, including consultant deliverables.Support staff during coordination of external submittals to permitting authorities.Provide technical support during the permitting phase, collaborating on comment responses and resubmittals.Participate in construction administration, including site visits and reviewing submittals and RFIs.Manage resources to ensure quality and project profitability.Assist in reviewing project billings and financial management.Produce accurate, timely work in line with project schedules and work plans.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit.Strong experience in construction documentation and administration.Knowledge of retail and Food & Beverage projects.Experience with RFI processes.Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a related field.5+ years of experience in retail and/or F&B projects.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a related field.5+ years of experience in retail and/or F&B projects.Proficiency in Revit.Work Environment

Hybrid work environment: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote, with up to 25% travel to other sites. A company car is provided for onsite traveling.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00
