Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect with a strong background in architectural design and project management. The ideal candidate will have an accredited professional degree in Architecture, be a registered architect, and have over 6 years of professional experience. This role requires proficiency in various architectural software and a deep understanding of sustainability, building codes, and integrated design guidelines.
ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee architectural projects from inception to completion.Develop and implement design concepts using AutoCAD, Navisworks, and 3D modeling software.Utilize Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, and InDesign for project presentations and documentation.Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility guidelines, and QA/QC processes.Maintain and build new client relationships through effective communication and presentation skills.Research and incorporate sustainability and integrated design guidelines into projects.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other team members to ensure project success.Essential SkillsAccredited professional degree in Architecture.Architectural Registration.6+ years of professional experience in architecture.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks, and 3D modeling software.Strong knowledge of sustainability and integrated design guidelines.Advanced knowledge of architectural building systems, accessibility guidelines, and QA/QC processes.Advanced knowledge of building codes.Strong presentation and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, and InDesign software.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.Experience in mission-critical/data center projects.Licensed to practice architecture in Texas.Experience in construction administration.Work Environment
The position can be based in either Dallas, with a hybrid work schedule. The work environment is collaborative, requiring interaction with various stakeholders and team members. The role demands adherence to professional attire and standards.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43.00 - $55.00
