An Architecture, Planning, and Interior Design firm located in Chicago is looking to add a Project Architect/Project Manager to their team!
Job Description:
Design support for all commercial projectsPrioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordinglyMaintain project meeting documentationUnderstand and follow office production standardsParticipate in office QA/QC proceduresPerform existing building surveysPerform code studies Produce construction documentsReview shop drawings and project submittals Process and maintain records of RFIs and submittalsManage a team of 2-3 junior architectsQualifications:
Bachelor or Master's Degree in ArchitectureLicensure is preferred Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative, Bluebeam, Ajera8+ years of experienceExperience with commercial, multi-family, or hotel projectsStrong communication skillsAbility to lead a small team of junior architectsWorking knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and construction document preparationPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
