Job Title: Project Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for production drawings in Revit and AutoCAD, creating construction documentation, and drafting and designing (including some interior architecture). You will manage both design and project management duties for assigned projects and work in Revit and AutoCAD on a daily basis. Additionally, you will create full sets of construction documents in these software programs.

ResponsibilitiesProduce detailed production drawings in Revit and AutoCAD.Create construction documentation, drafting, and designing, including some interior architecture.Manage both design and project management duties for assigned projects.Work daily in Revit and AutoCAD.Create full sets of construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit.Provide leadership for commercial and private projects in the areas of data centers, mission critical, automotive, and medical/healthcare fitouts.Oversee 1-2 Intern Architects at a time.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Architecture.Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate, government, healthcare, or laboratory/research projects.Proven experience creating construction document sets in Revit and AutoCAD.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Sketch-up, REVIT, 3D Studio Max, Thea, and Photoshop.Work Environment

Our office is located just a couple of blocks from the inner harbor in a recently updated space. We provide parking for our employees. With a team of 20 employees, we have an open office environment where everyone needs to wear multiple hats. We offer flexible work schedules and a hybrid work option for one day per week, chosen by the employee. Opportunities for growth into a Project Manager position are available in the future once candidates are licensed, if they are not already.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.86 - $57.69/hr.
