We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Architect with a focus on workplace interiors to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, technical expertise, and a strong background in the architecture of workplace environments.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the execution of conceptual designs, ensuring the design intent is carried out from the conceptual phase through construction administration.Take responsibility for technical resolution and coordination for specific portions of the project.Produce high-quality technical drawings, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.Conduct product research and support the development of project specifications.Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure all project requirements are met.Foster a collaborative work environment and mentor junior staff.Engage directly with clients, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring design requirements are met.Participate in site visits, field reviews, and meetings with various stakeholders.Incorporate sustainable design principles and strategies in all aspects of the project.Ensure the timely delivery of project documents, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.Maintain communication with regulatory bodies and coordinate necessary approvals or variances.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.Registered Architect with current license.LEED credential or the ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.Expertise in architectural design, trends, and construction methodology.Strong knowledge of building systems, sustainability practices, and LEED guidelines.Advanced proficiency in Revit, CAD, and Building Information Modeling (BIM).In-depth knowledge of building codes and quality assurance/quality control processes.Experience with Integrated Project Delivery (IDP) methods.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Experience:

Extensive experience in workplace interior design with a focus on architecture.Advanced knowledge of material application, manufacturer-supplier appropriateness, and building systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $125000.00/yr.

We have 9 month CTH and Perm options available.
