Project Architect Role at Premier NYC Firm! Job Description A Project Architect is responsible for executing the concept of a project through completion and technical delivery. The role involves reporting directly to studio leads and project managers, and overseeing 1-2 supporting production staff per project. Essential Skills + Registered Architect + Bachelor's of Architecture + Architecture License + 10+ years of professional experience + Strong proficiency in Revit + Experience with workplace and corporate interiors + Knowledge of QA/QC processes + Coordination with outside consultants + Proficiency in AutoCAD + Experience with NewForma Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with high-profile clients and projects + Expert proficiency in Revit + Experience with workplace projects ideally from a known competitor + Sustainable design knowledge + Business development skills Work Environment The role offers a 3/2 hybrid work environment, with joint operations in Philly, Boston, and New York, but with a primary focus on local work. The New York City office has 180 people, and the Northeast Interiors Group consists of about 60 people. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $125000.00/yr. We have 9 month CTH and Perm options available.
