Project Architect
Job Title: Project Architect - High Rise Residential/Multi Family We have an exciting Intermediate Architecture position with a client of mine that is a award-winning Architectural Firm that specializes in high rise multifamily projects throughout NYC. This firm has built the most prominent buildings in NYC and like to say they built New York City’s skyline. Responsibilities: + Develop and manage Construction Documents for an affordable housing multi-family building in NYC. + Perform Construction Administration duties, including on-site visits. + Work independently with Revit to produce high-quality construction documents. Requirements: + Bachelor's degree in Architecture. + Minimum of 5 years of architectural experience. + Proficiency in Revit. + Comprehensive experience across all phases (SD-CA). + Strong technical skills in CD detailing. + Experience with large-scale mixed-use or high-rise multifamily projects. Work Environment: + Collaborative office with 100 professionals. + Six partners managing diverse clients and projects. + Open office setting promoting teamwork. + Business casual dress code. Schedule: + Full-time, 5 days in office. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
