Your Role

 

As a Project Architect, it’s your job to lead a team of architects and designers to deliver unparalleled architectural projects that exceed our clients expectation. You will leverage your experience and technical acumen to drive client projects from concept through build.

 

What You Will Do

Manage multiple aspects of client, team and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape, civil and other consultants Manage client relationships and team communicationResolve complex technical and design issues with team to produce innovative technical/constructible solutions Direct production of drawings, specifications and construction administration tasksCreate and maintain the project manual and specifications with in-house specifications teamConduct on-site observations and document site reviewsProcess submittals/substitution requests during construction and address RFILead construction meetings with client and contractorInterface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the project

 

Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Architecture or related field10+  years of related experienceLicensed Architect (U.S.), preferably CARevit Level 3+ or other BIM experience highly preferredExcellent working knowledge of building codes, standards and building structuresAbility to understand how buildings are constructed and to create technical documents that succinctly describe the work to be doneStrong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship-management skills Desire to develop junior staffStrong computer skills, including use of Microsoft Schedule and Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative SuiteLEED accreditation and experience
