In the role of Project Architect - Public Realm/Transportation, we'll count on you to:
Capacity and required skills to lead multidisciplinary teams and perform research, visioning, conceptualization, layout anddetailing on architectural and urban design projectsIndependently coordinate work of a multidisciplinary team through multiple phases of project developmentEstablish owner/client and internal meetings, and participate in reviews with various public agencies for code complianceand statutory reviewsCoordinate workload of various team members through multiple project phases to prepare and complete projectdocuments including conceptual sketches, diagrams, renderings, technical drawings and construction-ready packagesReview architectural documents for areas of conflict with other design and engineering disciplinesPerform QA/QC, technical and design reviewsWrite and edit technical specificationsAchieve consensus with project stakeholders and Incorporate agreed-upon changes into project documentsPerform design services during construction as neededPerform other duties as needed#LI-JF1
