Job Description:
We are in search of a highly organized and experienced Project Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the construction industry and be proficient in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office. This individual will provide essential support to our project team, ensuring that operations run efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assisting the Project Manager in organizing, planning, and executing construction projects.
+ Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
+ Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and pertinent information.
+ Using software like Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite to manage project documentation and reports.
+ Liaising with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
+ Ensuring project deadlines are met and updating team members on the project progress.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree or similar.
+ At least 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry.
+ Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office.
+ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and an attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
