Description Contract employment opportunity for a Project Assistant to join our team in Concord, California. In this role, you will be working in a non-profit industry environment, supporting our quality assurance department, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of provider applications. Responsibilities: • Assist in the quality assurance department with provider applications, ensuring all data is accurate and corresponds with paper applications. • Proactively reach out to providers for any discrepancies in application data to confirm the correct information. • Execute high-volume data entry related to provider applications and IRS W-9 Forms. • Maintain organization of files through scanning and filing procedures. • Oversee the ordering process for office supplies and training team materials. • Monitor and maintain provider accounts, taking necessary action as required. • Perform quality assurance tasks to maintain the integrity of data entry processes. Requirements • Proficient in Data Entry, with the ability to handle high-volume data entry tasks efficiently and accurately. • Demonstrated experience in performing Customer Service and Quality Assurance (QA) tasks, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards. • Strong attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and quality of all data entry and QA tasks. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
