Description We are in the process of recruiting a Project Assistant/Project Manager in Berkeley, California. This role crucial in our organization as it oversees all marketing projects, ensuring they are executed effectively and on schedule. The successful candidate will be the point person for all stages of the marketing calendar and its implementation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing resources, and essentially turning our marketing visions into reality. Responsibilities: + Turn the marketing calendar into a functional and executable plan using project management tool like ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com + Coordinate all aspects of marketing – working closely with teams like copywriting, photography, PR, social media, etc. + Work closely with the sales team to address any potential issues + Liaise with photographers, coordinate photo shoots, and manage print production + Maintain constant communication with internal and external stakeholders + Engage with customers on-site to understand and address their marketing needs + Oversee and manage the brand's marketing initiatives Requirements Qualifications: + Proven work experience in project management (preferably within a marketing department) + Excellent organization and coordination skills + Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines + Excellent communication and people skills + Experience working with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com + Exceptional problem-solving skills + Ability to work 100% onsite and available for occasional weekend work - paid overtime of course! + Physical product marketing experience, preferably within the food industry If you are interested and have experience working in project management, you are welcome to apply!
