Project Assistant (Per Diem - Temporary)

Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Assistant (Per Diem - Temporary).

Under the direction of the Facilities Operations Manager, the Project Assistant will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Real Estate Development and Facilities Computerized Maintenance Management System CMMS in accordance with established procedures. This is a temporary 6 month position

Job Responsibilities:

Perform data entry functions related to identifying mechanical electrical and plumbing equipment and other building componentsAssist with documenting and configuring maintenance schedules and activitiesAssist with documenting inventory and stock levelsAssist with managing data integrity and perform QA/QC to help identify anomalies and deficiencies with the CMMSDocument and maintain business rules data mapping integration diagrams technical specifications reporting and integration requirementsPerform user account setup and access level configuration in the CMMSLog and track problems and work tickets with external vendor supportPerform other duties as assigned 

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate degree in clinical engineering biomedical equipment technology information system or related fieldStrong analytical ability critical thinking and proactive problem solving skillsMust be organized detailed orientated dependable and flexibleHave excellent oral/written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding design and implementation Ability to multi task and prioritize multiple projects as business needs change

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $18.93 - $30.00 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
