Summary
You will work closely with the engineering team members to gather information, conduct research, and create well-structured and comprehensive files. Your exceptional writing skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in producing written documents that effectively communicate our organization's capabilities and value.
Your contributions will support our needs to clearly communicate and expand our client base. As a Project Assistant, your role will be to provide support and assistance to the engineering team in preparing high-quality written documents.
ResponsibilitiesKnowledge and Critical Skills/Expertise:
Research and Analysis:
Gather relevant information and data to support written document development.Support the creation of engineering specifications and written proposal documents.Documents Writing:
Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading written document content.Ensure clarity, consistency, and coherence of messaging throughout the writings.Tailor document content to specific client requirements and industry standards.Proofread and edit documents for grammar, punctuation, style, and formatting.Conduct quality checks to verify consistency in tone, style, and messaging.Documents Coordination:
Maintain documents templates, engineering files, and other relevant resources.Track written document progress, deadlines, and deliverables.Collaborate with team members to gather and incorporate feedback into office documents.Ensure compliance with formatting and submission guidelines.
QualificationsRequired Experience:
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or1 to 3 years of proven experience in documents writing, technical writing, or a similar role.Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.Excellent research and analytical abilities.Familiarity with technical document development processes and techniques.Preferred Experience:
