Job Description:
Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to
join our team in supporting energy efficiency initiatives. As part of
our hybrid work environment, you will manage large volumes of projects
within various energy-saving programs, ensuring accuracy in data entry,
review, and validation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about
sustainability and eager to contribute to reducing the demand on our
energy grid. You will assist in reviewing customer applications,
inputting key data, and maintaining program compliance. Additionally,
you will support office administration duties on a rotational basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project documents for accuracy and compliance, while
inputting and updating project data in various energy efficiency
programs in our CRM.
- Analyze rebate applications and create projects, ensuring alignment
with program requirements.
- Perform high-volume, accurate data entry to support program
objectives and meet deadlines.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and contractors,
ensuring satisfaction and effective program participation.
- Provide rotational coverage for in-office administrative duties and
assist with general office responsibilities.
- Represent the company at local Long Island, NY marketing events and
conferences to promote energy efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant industry.
- 2+ years in data entry, customer program support, or similar
administrative roles.
- Familiarity with energy efficiency programs or sustainable
practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems (strongly
preferred).
- Understanding of financial, operational, and marketing processes
within program management.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to the office, attending
off-site meetings, and participating in marketing events.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Capable of working effectively both independently and within a team.
