Project Business Analyst
Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Project Business Analyst in the Healthcare/NHS industry. Located in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania, this role primarily involves business analysis, process improvement, and communication. As a Project Business Analyst, you will be responsible for defining needs, recommending solutions, and supporting project management activities for various initiatives. Responsibilities: • Oversee various project elements such as business case development, requirements analysis, communication, testing, and training. • Facilitate the collection, delivery, and approval of requirements, business/use cases, documentation, and test plans. • Assist with the development and implementation of strategic and support plans. • Participate in request for proposal (RFP) activities, delivering functional requirements, vendor scorecards, criteria & scoring results, and demo scenarios & scoring results. • Support the execution of process improvement initiatives, including creating process flow charts, value stream mapping, and related documentation. • Assist in the creation of measurement activities required to report on project effectiveness, return on investment (ROI), and other success metrics. • Collaborate with stakeholders and project team members to improve the quality of project and program delivery. • Assist in the education and promotion of related methodologies and processes to stakeholders across the institute. • Manage project documentation based on the needs of each project. • Continuously engage in learning and training related to business analysis, project management, and stakeholder activities. Requirements • Possess strong customer service skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear information conveyance • Proficient in documentation for record-keeping and transparency • Mastery in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting • Experience or ability to conduct training sessions for team members • Understanding of healthcare operations for efficient project handling • Research skills for informed decision-making and problem-solving • Familiarity with planning processes to ensure smooth project progression • Proficiency in Microsoft Word for drafting reports and other written communication • Focus on quality in all aspects of work • Experience in project management within the healthcare sector • Ability to make compelling presentations to stakeholders • Knowledge of workstation support for troubleshooting and system maintenance • Familiarity with collection processes, preferably in a healthcare setting • Proficient in spreadsheets for data organization and analysis • Experience in project implementation in a healthcare setting • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations • Ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites for efficient work processes • Ability to drive process improvement for optimal business operations • Experience in business analysis to support strategic decision-making • Familiarity with HealthCare.gov for ensuring compliance and understanding of healthcare policies • Experience in risk management to mitigate potential project obstacles • Knowledge of change management to handle project transitions smoothly • Familiarity with relevant methodology for structured project execution Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
