SUMMARY
First Horizon is looking for a Project Business Analyst to join the Card Fraud team. This position will be a hybrid Business Analyst / Data Analyst role with high growth potential and an excellent chance to have a large impact on the organization. Our Card Fraud team is responsible for the detection and prevention of fraud related to debit and credit card portfolios.
The Project Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying and managing business requirements for the team’s various small to medium BAU projects. The role interacts with technology, business partners and external vendors in support of the key objectives of the Card Fraud team to manage, maintain and leverage our systems and processes more effectively.
This position demands a combination of business analysis, project management and stakeholder communication expertise.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with team members to identify, document, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Create and maintain project plans, manage timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of key milestones. Assist the team’s SMEs with ongoing communication between business users, technical teams, and external partners to ensure consistent alignment and understanding. Maintain communication with vendors to support and track issues and concerns. Support the design and documentation of platform enhancements, including improvements to user management and workflows. Oversee testing efforts to validate that new features align with business requirements and function as expected. Collaborate with team SMEs to develop training materials and coordinate post-launch support to ensure seamless adoption and effective use of new features.QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field, preferably banking or fraud. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability manage small to medium sized projects from start to finish. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical solutions.About Us
