Essential Job Functions

Lead the purchasing portion of new projects, owning the component until is fully deployed into productionCreation/validation of purchase orders with supporting documentationEstablish communication with suppliers, following up on delivery status including coordination and tracking of shipmentsExpedite urgent materials in case of any discrepancy, variation of demand, vendor delays, etc.Reconcile supplier invoice discrepancies and executionGap analysis comprehension, detection and, execution

Experienced in SAP, Excel (advanced), Microsoft Office
