This is a Hybrid position and can be based in Annapolis Junction, MD, McLean, VA or Aurora, CO. Need to go into one of the office's 1-2 days a week.

Responsibilities

The Project Control Analyst will be responsible for the financial management of prime and subcontract programs which includes but is not limited to:

 

Engaging in subcontractor management including, but not limited to, timesheet management, invoice processing and compiling funding documents.Complete project accounting responsibilities within Costpoint and maintain the workforce for project charge codes.Develop and maintain program budgets and forecasts.Analyze data in support of month-end close to ensure accurate revenue and expenses.Review and analyze change orders and contract modifications.Monitor funding, budgets, and period of performance.Ensure all monthly internal and external deliverables are completed on schedule.Collaborate with Program Managers, Accounting, Contracts, and Senior Technical personnel to ensure facilitation of financial information.Participate in regular program reviews providing financial information as needed.Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis.Support proposal pricing efforts for both prime and subcontract efforts. Qualifications

Preferred qualifications:

3-5+ years of financial analysis experience working in a government contractor environment.Experience with Deltek Costpoint; specifically, Projects Module is a plus.Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience with multiple Contract Types (T&M, FFP, CPFF, CPAF)Strong financial background along with interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and as a key member of a team.Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects.Effective and clear communication and presentation skills.
