This PCA position will provide support to the Veracity Forecasting Group within the Sea, Land, and Air Division. VFG consists of highly analytical and professional individuals who provide the best support to all clients
SPA has an immediate need to fill this Project Control Analyst position.
ResponsibilitiesThis PCA role will perform the following duties:
Support Project Kick-Off - Initial SetupDevelop Spendplan Baseline & Maintain Financial WorkbooksProvide Variance Analysis Semi-MonthlySupport Team Scheduling Using 10k SoftwareRun and Send to PM Labor Hours Reports Semi-Monthly or WeeklyDevelop - Update Customer DeliverablesUpdate EAC and Submit Quarterly Recommendations Regarding Program AnalysisReview/Validate Employee Locations and Charging Accuracy for all Active ProgramsAssist with Timecard, Travel, ODC Adjustments / ReconciliationsReview/Validate Revenue in Costpoint Semi-MonthlyPerform Reviews of all Project Invoices MonthlyProvide Unbilled / Billed Analysis MonthlySupport PMRs MonthlyProvide LOF Notices TimelySupport ROM / Pricing Requests for Current ProjectsProvide Monthly Waterfall / Forecasting Inputs Provide PreCon Analysis Prep, Assist with RoutingAssist with Maintaining Financial Tracking / StorageSupport Ad-Hoc Requests from Team QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
1 - 2 Years Experience with Project Control or Similary RoleBachelors Degree in Finance or Similar (ECON, ACCOUNTING)Experience Using Deltek - Costpoint PreferredAdvanced Knowledge Using MS Office Products - With Emphasis on Excel
