Responsibilities:

Resource AllocationMaintain headcount information available for Business Unit Managers.Be aware of how many positions are open on their respective Business Unit’ PurchasingCreate Purchase Order on the financial systemReview, monitor and check and balance purchasing expendituresManage the purchasing billing processFinancePO Lifecycle managementNew PO’s and/or Change Orders ManagementInvoicing process per BUInvoiceT&MLump SumInvoices Quality Item Profitability (Prebilling)Bill vs. UnbilledCheck and BalanceExpense ManagementExpense VerificationExpense InvoicingBill vs. UnbilledBillable PO’sSupport on the purchasing processFinancial System Clean-upBusiness Unit Project ControlMaintain Business Unit metricsSupport the Business Units Managers in new RFPPurchase Order ManagementMonitor and maintain work without PO’sWork directly with clients for PO’s renewalMonitor PO to identify how many employees will be availableModels company values and ethical behavior in all relationships with internal and external customers.Strictly follow company’s Safety, cGMP’s, Policies and Procedures.Perform additional duties as assigned by direct supervisor to support normal operations. 

Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:

BA in Business Administration, minor in accountingYears experience in the Accounting/Finance areas
