**Job Description:**

We need our Project Control Engineers at this level to be fully qualified professionals with solid experience, enthusiastic to work in highly flexible, team oriented environment and who have exceptional communication, analytical and leadership skills. In this role you will develop, implement, and maintain cost control, and/or provide planning/scheduling function on one or more larger projects. You will be utilizing your technical expertise, and familiarity with company policies and procedures to complete complicated tasks independently.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience) and typically 15+ years of related work experience **(20+ years of experience highly preferred)** .
+ Profound understanding of the project controls operating model employed by key partner firms within the EPCM+CQV workspace.
+ Intimate familiarity with P6 and ability to administer OPC (next generation P6) content from third-party partners, manage Program Schedule Content, and establish guidelines for schedule control, including the development of the Basis of Schedule (BOS).
+ Expertise in Progress Measurement using EVM, including quantity-based EVM within partner work environments and financially based EVM for the overall program.
+ Leadership in planning/scheduling efforts, collaborating with partners to develop system-based schedules early in the project lifecycle.
+ Support for internal Client reporting calendar and reporting requirements.
+ Thorough comprehension of industry standards and guidelines related to Project Controls subject matter, ensuring alignment with Client Project Controls Standards.
+ Proactive alignment with partners regarding Client Standards implementation, development of Project Controls plans, and compliance with invoice management processes.
+ Collaboration with partners to ensure Monthly Reports encompass all necessary Project Controls information, including Cost, Schedule, EVM, Change Management, and Risk Management.
+ Expertise in Project Controls Standards subject matter, including Estimating, Cost Management, Cost Forecasting, Schedule Management, Progress Measurement, Change Management, Risk Management, WBS/CBS/SBS, Cash-Flow (VOWD), and Benchmarking.
+ Requires basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or a related field. Proficient PC skills including proficiency in various Project Controls software and Microsoft Office Suite. Must have potential to perform in a lead capacity, as well as familiarity with industry practices.
**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Project Controls experience within the Pharma environment preferred but not required.
+ Familiarity with system turnovers and the CQV process in a planner/scheduler role.
