Your role and responsibilitiesJob profile summary: Responsible for monitoring and managing the financial health of projects. This role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring that projects are completed within the allocated budget and timeline. Acts as a business partner to the Project Management team, supporting all financial matters, actively driving the project's performance and providing accurate financial analysis to support the decision-making processes.•\tDrives and seeks for the optimization of project cash flow, revenues, and gross margin contribution, jointly with the Project Managers.•\tMonitor project costs, identify and analyze variances from the budget.•\tResponsible for the accuracy of project balance sheet, income and cash flow statements, and monthly/quarterly forecast.•\tSupports the Project Manager in coordinating and preparing monthly project reviews and responsible for the preparation of project financial reports. •\tOversees and effectively manages currency risk, and bonds, guarantees, and tax issues.•\tParticipates in opportunity/risk identification, monitors risk mitigation measures, and ensures they are timely implemented.•\tSupports claim management, back-charges, and insurance cases and monitors the follow-up, jointly with the Project Manager upstream (towards customer), side-stream (towards consortia partner) as well as downstream (towards suppliers).•\tSupport audits and financial reviews related to projects.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent; CPA is a plus. Proven experience in project control, financial analysis, or a similar role (2-5 years).Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
