We are recruiting a Trainee for the role of Project Controller/Commercial Project Manager to join our Commercial Project Control team.  What are my Responsibilities? Registration in SAP and implementation of the business model defined for each projectRegular analysis and review of planned costs and incurred costsAnalysis and compliance with commercial and contractual conditionsIdentification, mitigation and monitoring of project risksClose monitoring of all aspects with fiscal impact, particularly in international projectsIssuing invoices to clientsFollow-up of customers' overdue balancesChecking and validating supplier orders and subsequent confirmation of invoices if applicablePreparation of monthly forecasts, ensuring the reliability of information, in a timely and reasoned manner for projects and business unitMonthly financial closing activities and results analysisEnsure compliance with accounting requirements from a project perspectiveInterface and coordination with the various operational areas of the company and other external stakeholdersAnalysis and reporting of financial indicatorsExport controlOther activities transversal to the financial area
What do I need to qualify for this job?  A degree in business management, economics, accounting or similarGood level of English, spoken and writtenGood knowledge of ExcelKnowledge of BI tools such as Power BI and SAP will be a plus (not mandatory)
