Compensation: $32/hourLocation: Houston, TXWork Schedule: M-F / 40 hours+ / hybridAssignment Duration: 12 months+Benefits: Comprehensive insurance, 401(k), PTO and holidays Responsibilities Support AFE preparation, entry, approval tracking, and supplement requirementsAssist with the evaluation of cost reports to establish unit pricing needed to prepare future project estimates and budget forecastsCoordination of accrual updates with input from engineers, construction, cost control and planning personnelAssist with schedule updates using input from engineers and construction personnelAssist with Design Basis Memorandum (DBM) and Project Execution Plan (PEP) preparations / revisionsWork with engineers and supply chain personnel to ensure construction personnel have the required Purchase Orders (PO) to track
deliveriesAssist with document management to ensure critical project construction and close-out information is stored and accessible to engineers, construction members and operationsAssist with review and entry of construction daily reports to track progress, manhours and cost related Key Performance Indicators (KPI)Maintain construction and project workload schedules for the groupReview invoices, update AFE/GL coding and route for approval Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in applicable technical field8+ years of industry related technical support experience requiredMust be proficient in computer skills including MS TEAMS, Excel, Word, Outlook, Ariba, SAP, Spotfire, and DataNowExcellent written and verbal communication and grammar skillsTeam focused, service oriented, and values drivenStrong character, including the highest levels of honesty, integrity, ethics, professionalism, trust, respect, and loyaltyThe energy and ability to work collaboratively across the entire organizationThe agility and flexibility to work in a fast-paced company cultureExcellent analytical, strategic, business judgment, and problem-solving skillsSelf-aware with excellent communication skills, both written and oralEnthusiastic, eager to learn, willing to take on new challenges
