Develop project risk analysis skills. Work on Financial/Accounting reporting. Prepare project forecasts and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reports under minimal supervision. Maintain and prepare Cost Report, Cash Flow. Prepare input to monthly/quarterly Reports. Maintain and lead quantity management reporting. Maintain and lead Change management Program. Focus on key scheduling processes. Work with JV and S/C construction partners in matters of cost and progress measurement as well as scheduling. Facilitate the preparation of summary schedule. Prepare and maintain baseline/execution schedule. Facilitate productivity reporting. Perform/Assisting with critical path and float analysis reporting. Focus on key cost control processes. No Hire / Fire authority. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline, plus at least three years of related experience. Related experience must include: preparing, updating and maintaining weekly and monthly cost reports; performing monthly scheduling reviews; performing quantity take-off; managing, maintaining, and overseeing project costs; performing Key Performance Indicator analysis and Earned Value analysis. Must have experience managing the overall financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of assigned projects. Must have experience working on monthly schedule updates and schedule reviews. Must have experience performing baseline analysis focused on critical path review, planned date versus actual progress analysis, activity information and logic variances assessment, validity of proposed calendars, and out-of-sequence work impact. Must have experience reviewing change orders and preparing Independent Cost Estimates for the changes to verify the final cost of the proposed change. Must have experience in tracking changes and publishing final documents internally and externally to the team. Must have experience in tracking project progress to complete the project within budget and in given timeline. Must have experience with the following software tools: PrimaveraP6, Bluebeam Revue, and Microsoft Office. Up to 10% national travel required.
