Your work environment at EXP

A strong leader with solid experience on major projects contributing to  the commercial activities and teams. The Project Controls Analyst will work under the Project Controls Manager, and collaborate with the Document Control , Risk, Contract Administration, and Financial Teams.

 

What a day at EXP has in store for you

Manage all day-to-day project commercial operations. Manage the scheduling of the project and updates from changes from the client, changes in scope and deliverables dates Define and implement operations strategy, structure, and processes. Manage budgeting processes. Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues. Coordinate support to field operations. Collection of data from teams to allow for invoicing Formation of the control budgets Monitoring of the KPIs including Earned Value reporting Production of the project reports to the leadership of the companies involved

 

What your experience looks like

Proven track record in project controls with a strong understanding of management practices. Knowledge of financial, timesheet, invoicing and scheduling systems. Demonstrated project and budget management skills. Broad understanding of fundamental business principles. Analytical problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate. Technical Diploma/degree in construction or business management or related field required. PMP or similar desired. Industry Knowledge and minimum 2 years related project experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and Proficiency with programs and Applications. Exposure and basic knowledge in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, Sharepoint, Aconex, and other software desirable.

 

 

The pay range for this role is $85,000 to $100,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
