Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Controls Analyst for a contract role through the end of the year in San Luis Obispo, CA. Responsibilities: * Project Controls Analyst will support 1-2 Project Managers across 20-40 projects of varying sizes of a variety of durations * Building a strong relationship with PM(s), heavy collaboration * Manage both the scheduling side and the finance/budgeting side of the projects * Assisting with budget planning and cost forecasting * Tracking project expenses and financial performance * As a Project Controls Analyst, you will prepare reports on budgets and spending * Identifying and analyzing financial variances * Ensuring accurate financial records and documentation * Coordinating with teams to keep projects on track
