Responsible in forecasting, change management, cost management, project budget analysis, project earn value measurement tracking, risk management, proposals, cashflow and reporting tools. Assist with managing the overall program cost controls and reporting function by providing client management, updates, and presentations at all levels of management. Support project teams in preparing purchase orders, contracts, review change order, amendment requests ensuring budget availability, accurate cost coding and reporting. Monitor and reconcile project cost reports, analyze budget/cost changes, approve and document invoices. Support the team as an admin for the Cost Management program used by the project (Prolog & Kahua), manage the communication between stakeholders and resolve any technical issues. Analyze, review, and report monthly progress, cost/budget changes, and forecast reports to the client and the public. Job duties are project-based and performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites within the U.S. which may require relocation at the end of each project #LI-DNI REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field and 2 years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation.
