Project Controls Engineer

We are looking for a driven and curious Project Controls Engineer in Dallas, to support our Program Management Team. As a key member of our Dallas collaborative program support team, you’ll will have the chance to work on a project team using your expertise in forecasting, change management, cost management, project budget analysis, procurement, close-out, and risk management. You will assist with managing the overall program cost controls and reporting function by providing client management, updates, and presentations at all levels of management. Primary Roles and Responsibilities: • Process vendor contracts and monthly invoices • Assist Controls Manager with general contractor negotiations and compile contracts • Maintain the Project Management Information System, by inputting contract, invoices and change orders • Run reports and perform financial reconciliations • Provide analytical support during the design phase • Assists Controls Manager with special assignments and tasks • Perform quality control of various reports • Manage the closeout process with oversight from the team leadership and project managers • Assists Project Managers in CSP processes, including review of bid advertisements, front end, and bid evaluations Join us and we will assist in continuing the development of your skills and exploring all that you can do across our global company, with opportunities to share your knowledge along the way. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related degree • 2+ years of project cost controls experience Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have: • MS Project • Skills with Excel Macros, Databases, Power BI and dashboard development Bring your curiosity, passion for innovation, and talent for multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
