Project Controls Manager

Client is looking for Project Controls Manager.

Requirements/Qualification:
• Minimum BSc. in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of related experience in handling Project Controls in EPC companies
• Well knowledge of infrastructure
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate   effectively with various teams.

Responsibilities:
· Create and develop a detailed resources/cost loaded schedule using Primavera Project Planner (P6)
& Time location Diagrams.
· Coordinate and communicate with key stakeholders on schedule deliverables.
· Create the Project Plans and Provide work direction as required in the preparation of planning,
scheduling, control systems for Planning Team.
· Provide staffing guidance to Engineering, Procurement and Construction supervisors in the areas of
scheduling and budget by analyzing and evaluating all relevant data.
· Updating Project's Schedules and preparing Recovery Schedules when needed.
· Monitoring and Follow Up for Updated Project Schedule and weekly Look Ahead to cover all
Construction Requirements
· Attend Progress Meetings with client and to discuss and resolve Planning problems for smooth
execution of the project.
· Produce project manpower histogram and progress curves.
· Prepare the invoice log and compare the actual billing to the planned.
· Prepare the invoice and its related documents.
· Assist the Estimating Department Management in project budget updates from the planning side.
· My role involves leading a small team of Planners who are working on Riyadh Metro different
packages.
· Study the contract documents from planning point of view.
· Responsible for Establishing Project's Baseline Master Plan.
· Prepare work schedules, assign and allocate resources and quantities/monetary values to complete
the activities and develop the project overall schedule using computerized CPM network techniques.
· Prepare procurement schedules, material submittal and material order schedules and shop drawings
submittal schedules
· Plan and monitor implementation of the relationship between the project procurement cycle and the
project execution cycle.
· Generate daily and other periodic project report for Clients, and internally up to Project Management
levels.
· Cost Breakdown & Resource allocation
· Prepare Cash Flow & S-Curve.
