Job Description Job Summary This person will be responsible for but not limited to the following:  Managing multiple projects under a single funding  Establishes and maintains client relationships.  Leads cost and schedule positions in a formal meeting, presentation, or negotiation  Skilled in the development of commercial strategies. Capable of participating in negotiations.  Lead standard operating procedures, process workflows, and program execution plans development  Requires a demonstrated ability to effectively lead the project controls function on one or more large and/or complex projects simultaneously and consistently  Provides objective analysis and sound judgment by applying principles and techniques to evaluate and report project performance from concept study to construction & startup, including practical assessment of schedule completion and expected final cost.  Competencies include setup of work breakdown structure, establishing levels of control and detail, planning and scheduling, cost analysis and forecasting, progress measurement, earned value performance, risk analysis, and change control.  You will be responsible for managing, controlling, forecasting, and reporting cost and schedule performance data for projects throughout a client's portfolio.  Advanced knowledge of scope control, change management, and earned value methodology.  Proficient in PMIS applications (i.e., Oracle Unifier, Kahua, e-builder, etc.)  Interfaces with the PMIS implementation team We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Required Skills and Talents:  Excellent oral and written communication skills  Candidate must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively in writing, be able to develop and support technical white papers and defend/advocate for its contents as may be necessary  BA/BS in Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education  Must have an understanding of construction means, methods, and sequences  Possesses proven knowledge of Transportation or Transit infrastructure and related scopes of work and change management  Minimum 'Advanced or Expert' status using Primavera P6 scheduling software.  Experienced in reviewing and interpreting pre-con and construction cost estimates.
