Initiate/Process/Track architects and general contractors’ assignments and contracts. Job Order contracts initiation, tracking and forecasting. Develop/Maintain/Issue monthly change order Board Reports and Appendices and other ad hoc reports requested by the client. Maintain/Issue bid analysis spreadsheets. Process vendor purchase orders and invoices. Manage, analyze and report on several program KPIs for General Contractors, JOC Contractors, Architects of Record (AORs) for dissemination to Capital Department leadership and other stakeholders. Develop, provide and maintain effective communication tools, platforms and reports for various program and project schedules. Technical support as needed for Capital Program's Design Managers and Project/Construction Managers relative to budgets and schedules. Collaborate and make recommendations to project management software tools to streamline operational procedures for greater quality control and efficient contract management. Construction progress coordination with key stakeholders.
Job duties are project-based and performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites within the U.S. which may require relocation at the end of each project.

REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a closely related field and 3 years of work experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
SPECIFIC SKILLS: Expertise/ knowledge of: Project Management, including budget management and change order management. Contract Administration. Cost controls. Data Analysis and Reporting. Project Tracking & Forecasting. Schedule management including Primavera P6 or MS Project. Project management software system including e-Builder.
