Project Controls Specialist, Nepal
CDM Smith is seeking experienced Project Controls Specialist professionals for a US Government-funded assignment in Nepal.

Scope(s) of Work:
- Maintains the master schedule of all projects under the control of the client for the program;
- Collects requirements and updates the schedule on an as-needed basis but no less than monthly;
- Produces an updated detailed schedule for each project and an executive high-level program schedule for the client
- Produces a monthly analysis listing changes to the schedule that affect the critical path and changes to proposed completion dates, for the project level and program level portfolio.
- Develops and maintains a risk register for all projects under the control of the client.
- Collects inputs from each project manager and project team and produces the risk register on at least a monthly basis.
- Prepares for and participates in a monthly risk review for each project and produces a summary risk report for the client.
- Provides Earned Value Management reports for each project and major activity each month.
- Documents a standard change management process for each major kind of change including steps, responsible parties and assumed time frames.
- Maintains a log of requested or suggested changes and tracks the change through the process, liaising and communicating with all relevant parties required to participate in or approve the change.
- Reports on a monthly basis a summary of each change and the variance between the estimated time frame and the actual times necessary for completion.
- Develops lessons learned documents and updates the change management processes library on an on-going basis.
- Works with all relevant parties to keep changes on track and completed as quickly as possible.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems and issues, generate reports in timely and accurate manner.
- Analyze spatial data through mapping software to support the client to track resettlement action plans and construction progress visually.
