Your work environment at EXP

EXP is currently searching for a Project Controls Specialist in the Atlanta, Georgia office. The Project Controls Engineer will work under the Project Controls Manager, and collaborate with the Document Control, Risk, Contract Administration, and Financial Teams.


What a day at EXP has in store for you

Support with day-to-day project controls operations. Support with the scheduling of the projects and updates from changes from the client, changes in scope and deliverables dates. Support with managing budgeting processes, performance, efficiency, and data collection. Support with the analysis of specially assigned risk initiatives or work planning requiring detailed risk development, assessment, and response planning efforts. Support with Production of the projects reports and presentations.  Proven track record in project controls. Knowledge of financial, timesheet, invoicing and scheduling systems. 7Demonstrated project and budget management skills. Broad understanding of fundamental business principles. Analytical problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate.
 

What your experience looks like

Bachelor’s degree in construction or business management or related field required. PMP or similar desired. Industry Knowledge and minimum 2 years related project experience. Infrastructure & Highway projects preferred but not required Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and Proficiency with programs and Applications. Exposure and basic knowledge in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, SharePoint, Aconex, and other software desirable.
