Description
Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that all expenses are tracked, controlled, and reported accurately.
Cost Estimation: Collaborate with project teams to create accurate cost estimates and provide input on pricing strategies.
Financial Forecasting: Prepare and maintain financial forecasts for ongoing and upcoming construction projects, identifying potential financial risks and opportunities.
Financial Reporting: Generate regular financial reports, including profit and loss statements, cash flow reports, and variance analysis to sr management and project stakeholders.
Vendor and Contractor Management: Evaluate vendor and contractor invoices, ensuring they align with project budgets and contracts.
Change Order Management: Assess and process change orders, tracking their impact on project budgets and timelines.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay within budget and on schedule.
Project Closeout: Oversee financial aspects of project closeout, including reconciling project costs, final payments, and ensuring all financial documentation is complete.
Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders regarding project financials.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field
Proven experience as a Project Controller or Financial Analyst in the construction industry.
Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills.
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, project management software).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards.

The pay range for this position is $55.28 - $55.28
